14. tac Command

25. comm Command
The above command is used to compare two files. By default the above command works to show 3 columns. In this, the first column contains non-matching items, the second column contains non-matching items from the second file and the third column contains items from both the files available.
26. sed command
sed command command is also known as stream editor. It is used to edit the file with the help of regular expressions. However it does not edit the permanent file. The file edited through this is visible only on the display and does not have any effect on the actual file.
27. tee command
The t command puts standard output in a file and also writes it to the file.
28. tr Command
The above command is used to translate the file content. Like lowercase to uppercase.

This command is used to form a shortlist where each word appears only once.
30. wc Command
WC command is used to count how many lines and words are present in a file.
31. od Command
OD command is used to show the content of the file in characters like hexadecimal, octal.
32. sort Command
Short command is used to shorten the file in alphabetical order.
33. gzip Command
The above command is used to truncate the file size. This is a compressing tool.
34. gunzip Command
Gunship command is used to decompress the file. You can also understand this as the reverse operation of gzip command.
35. find Command
Find command is used to search a specific file in a directory. This command supports different options. Such as searching the file through name or searching the file through size or through date.
36. locate Command
Locate command is used to search a file by file name. It is somewhat similar to the Find command. The Locate command searches for a file in the database, while the Find command searches for a file in the file system.
37. date Command
Date command is used to display date, time, time zone and other things.
38. cal Command
